Description
Our code C1E (10) program enables students to drive vehicles with a GVM of less than 16,000 kg while towing a trailer with a GVM of over 750 kg. Aimed at learners with a code 3 learner’s license, this training program involves driving a 3550 kg (GVM) Toyota Dyna truck pulling a trailer. Students progress from basic to intermediate driving skills, with a particular focus on vehicle control when towing a trailer. Continuous assessment and a pre-test prepare them for the NATIS driving test, ultimately leading to a SADC driver’s license. Those who obtain a code C1E license can also drive any truck with a GVM of up to 16,000 kg, pulling a double-axle trailer with a GVM above 750 kg.
